Km Communication

Started the shop in Jogeshwari because it seemed like a good spot. We deal with Km Communication stuff every day, mostly phones and things people need for their mobiles. It gets busy in the afternoons when everyone is out on the street. We keep things simple here. Sometimes the stock is late or the internet acts up, but we just get on with it. People come in for recharges or a new cable. It isn't a fancy place with bright lights. Just a counter and some shelves. We've been here a while now. The street gets noisy but that's just how it is. We try to help out when someone has a problem with their device. It's mostly about making sure people can stay connected. Some days are slow. We spend time tidying up the glass cases. It isn't always perfect. We make mistakes with the change or forget a name sometimes. But we're here from morning until late evening. Jogeshwari is a crowded place, so there's always someone walking by looking for something. We don't do big advertisements. Most people just know us from around the block. We handle different brands and whatever's popular at the moment. It's a lot of sitting and waiting, then a rush of five people at once. That's just how the business goes. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us making sure things run. We try our best to keep the customers happy even when the shop is cramped.
