Kismat Trading

Our place is at 212 Masjid Ismail Manzil. Being in the Masjid area means it’s always crowded and there’s a lot of energy on the streets. Kismat Trading is right in the middle of all that hustle. We deal with trading various goods, so there’s always boxes coming in and out. The building is one of those older ones with narrow hallways and a lot of history. Our space isn't very big, so we have to be smart about how we stack things to keep a path open. It’s a bit dusty and loud because of the market outside, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We’ve known the other traders on this block for years now. It’s the kind of place where you do business with a handshake and maybe a cup of tea. We don’t have a website with fancy photos or a marketing team; we just have our inventory and our word. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, other days we are running around trying to get orders filled before the day ends. It’s a real, grit-and-grind kind of job. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of the market prices. It’s a simple life here in Ismail Manzil, just buying and selling what people need each day. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't and we like the local market vibes.
