You can find us at Nagdevi Cross Lane. We are in office number 38 on the fourth floor of building 44. Nagdevi is a very crowded and busy place. If you are looking for bearings or hardware, this is where everyone in Mumbai comes. Our office is small and usually packed with stock. There are cardboard boxes everywhere. Sometimes we have to climb over them just to get to the back of the room. It is just the nature of doing business in Masjid Bunder. The building is old and the stairs are quite narrow and steep. Moving heavy boxes of steel bearings up to the fourth floor is a real task for everyone. We have been doing this for a long time. We know almost everyone else on the lane. It is a tight community of traders. We spend our days answering the phone and writing out bills by hand. There isn't much space for a proper break room or a lounge. We usually just eat our lunch at our desks between customers. The noise from the market below never really stops until very late at night. It is a very fast environment. You have to be quick or you lose the business to the next shop. We don't have a big marketing department. People know us because we have been in this spot for decades. We just provide what people need.
