Our place is at 52/C Chottani Building on Proctor Road. It’s right in the middle of everything in Grant Road. If you’ve ever walked down this street, you’ve seen how many small businesses are packed together here. We are one of those. The Chottani Building has a lot of history to it, and we have been operating out of here for some time. It isn't a modern glass skyscraper. It’s a solid, older building that has seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. We spend our days managing the paperwork and talking to people who come by. The air is always filled with the sounds of vehicles and the general hum of the city outside our windows. We don't spend money on expensive decor because it doesn't really matter for what we do. The desks are a bit worn and the files are stacked up wherever they fit. The lift in the building sometimes acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. It's a good workout, I guess. We keep a small kettle for making coffee when the afternoon slump hits. There’s not much fancy about our daily routine. We just open the shutters, sort through the mail, and get to work on the orders. We just focus on what needs to happen by the end of the day and try to keep things simple.
