Our shop is located at Number 7 in the Krishana Nagar Building, right on Chandavarkar Road in Borivali West. It’s a busy spot, and we stay quite occupied with all sorts of copying work. Most of our days are spent standing behind the machines, feeding in papers and making sure the toner hasn't run out. We get a lot of students from the nearby schools and colleges coming in with their notes. It gets very crowded in the mornings when everyone is in a rush. We have a couple of large machines that run almost non-stop. Sometimes they jam, and we have to stop everything to dig out the bits of paper stuck inside. It's a bit of a headache, but that is just how it goes in this business. We also do things like spiral binding and laminating documents. It’s nothing too complicated, just practical stuff people need. We’ve been in this building for years, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to get to it. We don't have a big office or a waiting room. People just stand by the counter and wait for their copies. We usually eat our lunch in shifts because the shop never really stays empty for long. Borivali is a fast-paced place, and we just try to keep up with the demand. It’s steady work, and we know many of the faces who walk through the door every week.
