Kinder Dream Pre School

Kinder Dream Pre School is tucked away at Shop No 3 on Military Road. It is right there in the Marol area of Andheri East. The shop itself is not very large, but we have managed to fit everything a small school needs inside those walls. Every morning, you can hear the kids arriving and it gets quite loud for a bit while they all settle down. Military Road is usually pretty busy with people going to work or heading to the market, so there is always something happening right outside our door. We have colorful mats on the floor and some shelves where we keep all the toys and the drawing books. It is a simple setup, really. We do not have a big playground, so the kids do most of their playing and learning inside the shop unit. The walls have some drawings pinned up that the children made last week. Sometimes the light from the street comes in through the front, and you can see the dust motes dancing in the air. We try to keep things tidy, but with little kids running around, there is usually a stray crayon or a plastic block hiding under a chair somewhere. It feels like a neighborhood spot because most of the parents live just a few streets away and they walk their kids over. It is just a small, local place where the day goes by pretty fast once the lessons start.
