You can find us at Shop No 1 in Kanjurmarg East. It’s right there in the 400042 part of Mumbai. Being in a shop-front means we are right on the ground level, so it’s easy for parents to drop their kids off on their way to the station. Kanjurmarg is a busy place these days with all the new buildings, but our spot is quite modest. It’s just a couple of rooms where we have the play area and the learning section. The floor is covered in those foam mats so the kids don't hurt themselves when they are jumping around. We have a lot of storage bins for all the puzzles and balls that we use. The street outside can be quite dusty, so we have to sweep and mop the place multiple times a day. It’s not a polished corporate environment. It’s a place where things are a bit chaotic but in a good way. The kids are always energetic, especially when it’s time for music or games. The staff consists of a few of us who live nearby. We handle everything from the teaching to the cleaning and the phone calls. We don't have a separate department for anything. It’s just us doing the daily work. Sometimes the kids get cranky, and sometimes they don't want to go home, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been here in Kanjurmarg for a while now.
