Our office is located at 801 Windfall, which is part of the Sahar Plaza complex on Andheri Kurla Road. It is a very prominent spot in Andheri East, and the traffic outside is almost always at a standstill. We work in cold chain logistics, so our day is spent managing refrigerated trucks and making sure temperature-sensitive goods stay cool. The office is on the eighth floor, giving us a view of the planes taking off from the nearby airport. It is a busy environment with people constantly checking GPS trackers and talking to drivers on their mobile phones. We do not have the trucks parked here; they are all out at various warehouses or on the highways. The office is modern enough but very focused on utility, with plenty of whiteboards for scheduling. We have a small coffee machine that gets used quite a lot, especially during the long afternoon shifts. Sahar Plaza is full of other companies, so the elevators are always packed with people. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting, like when a truck has a mechanical issue or a cooling unit starts acting up. It is a lot of coordination and paperwork to ensure nothing spoils. We do not have a big sales team; we just focus on the operations side of things. It is a fast-paced but very routine kind of work.
