Kaysons Trade House

Down here in Versova, at number 203, we run Kaysons Trade House. It’s a bit of a mixed bag of a business, honestly. We trade in different things depending on the season and what’s moving in the market. I like the area because you can catch a bit of a breeze from the ocean if you’re standing in the right spot outside. The office is usually full of paperwork and samples of whatever we’re currently dealing with. I’ve been in trade for most of my adult life, so I’ve seen things change quite a bit around here. People come by to talk numbers or check on their orders, and we usually end up sitting around the old wooden table I got from my father. It’s got a few scratches and the legs are a bit uneven, but it works for us. I don’t really bother with social media or fancy websites because most of our work happens through word of mouth and old-fashioned phone calls. Sometimes it gets stressful when a shipment is delayed, but that’s just part of the game. I try to stay organized but my filing system is mostly just piles of papers that I understand even if nobody else does. It’s a quiet enough existence for a trade house, and we’re happy to stay right where we are in Versova.
