Kaviyarasu Farm

Kaviyarasu Farm is based at 18, Highland, 3/318 Pali Hill in Bandra. It’s a bit of a strange place for a farm business because Pali Hill is mostly known for fancy houses and actors. But we have been here for a while now. We don't have cows or fields here, of course. This is more of our administrative center where we coordinate things. We deal with agricultural products and farming supplies. Most of the actual farming happens quite far away from Bandra. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to the guys on the land. Our office is just a converted part of the building. It’s comfortable enough with a few chairs and a big table where we spread out our maps and plans. The neighborhood is very quiet and green compared to the rest of the city. We have a lot of trees around us. Sometimes it feels more like a home than a workplace. We don't have many employees, just a few of us who know the business well. We aren't trying to grow into a massive corporation or anything. We just want to make sure the crops are good and the supplies get where they need to go. It’s a lot of logistics and checking on weather reports. We usually wrap up by early evening and head home. It’s a decent way to earn a living in a nice part of town without too much stress.
