Kargil Plus

Our shop is right in the middle of the action in Malad West. We are located at Shop No 7/8 in the Parmarth Shopping area, which is part of the Varsha Cooperative Housing Society. The best way to find us is to look right opposite the railway station. Because we are so close to the station, we get a lot of people who are just rushing to catch their trains. We sell a mix of different items, mostly things that people need on the go. It’s a small shop but we use every inch of the walls to hang things up. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when there are more than three people inside. We’ve been here for a long time and we’ve seen the station area change quite a bit. It’s always noisy with the trains and the crowds, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of the day just chatting with the regulars and restocking the shelves. We don't have any fancy displays, just the usual stuff you’d expect to find in a local shop near the station. It’s a bit of a hectic way to work but we like the energy of the area. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local business trying to make things convenient for the commuters. We keep things simple and just try to be there when people need something.
