Karakoram Spaces Llp

We've been running Karakoram Spaces Llp out of our office on the 6th floor of Plaza Heights for a while now. If you know the Gamdevi area or have driven off Hughes Road, you might have passed the building without even noticing us. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, but we like it here. It’s just a small group of us working every day. We don’t have fancy reception desks or a lot of noise. Mostly, we just keep our heads down and handle whatever tasks come across our desks. Working in a city like this means dealing with the traffic and the pace, but being in Plaza Heights makes it a bit easier to manage. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. It’s just a local setup. We spend a lot of time on calls or looking at floor plans. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs when things get too quiet in the office. People ask what we do, and honestly, it’s just about getting the work done right. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some shops closed, new ones opened, but we’re still here at 601. It’s a practical space. Nothing too flashy, just enough room for the team to sit and get through the pile of paperwork. We focus on the daily grind and making sure the little details don't get lost in the shuffle. It's just how we operate.
