Kapil Singh

Kapil Singh is the name on the door here at O/501 in the Shardha Complex. This is Malad West, right in Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar on the Godown Road. Being on the fifth floor means there is a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working right, which happens once in a while. The office overlooks the road below, and you can see all the activity around the godowns from the window. It’s a quiet enough space once you get inside and shut the door. We have a few tables set up and some shelves for all the paperwork we have to keep track of. The complex itself is quite busy, with a lot of different people coming and going for various businesses. We don't have any flashy furniture or decorations. It’s mostly just functional stuff we’ve picked up over the years. Most of the day is spent on the phone or working through whatever tasks are on the desk for that week. Sometimes the neighbors from the other units pop in to say hello or borrow a pen when they run out. Malad West is a fast-paced area, but this corner of Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar feels a bit more grounded. We’ve got a small corner for making coffee and a few chairs for whoever is visiting. It’s a simple setup for one person to manage, and it suits the way we work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just focus on getting through the daily list.
