Kamanth Crane Service

Our shop is number 9 in Kashimira. It is a small place but it serves our needs for the crane business. We keep the tools there and that is where the phone rings when someone has a problem. Kashimira is a busy spot for transport and trucks, so there is always a demand for lifting stuff. We have a couple of cranes that we keep maintained as best as we can. It is a lot of grease and heavy metal work. The drivers spend most of their time out on the road, while someone stays back at the shop to handle the walk-ins and the logs. It is not a polished operation at all. We have spare parts laying around and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it does not affect how the cranes work. We handle local breakdowns and some construction lifting for the smaller developers. You get to meet all kinds of people in this job, mostly truck drivers and site foremen who are in a hurry. The work is physically demanding and we are usually pretty tired by the end of the shift. But it is a living. We have been at Shop No 9 for quite a while now. Everyone around Kashimira knows the spot if they look for the cranes. We just focus on getting the crane to the site and getting the job finished so we can move on to the next call.
