We are located in Mohili Village, right there at Shakti Square, in block B 37. If you’re coming from the main road, it takes a minute to find the right turn, but we’ve been here long enough that most locals can point the way. The shop is filled with all kinds of stuff—wires, old components, tools sitting on the workbenches. It isn't the most organized place in the world, but there is a system to it that we understand. Some days it’s quiet and we just sit and work on repairs, and other days it feels like everyone in the village has something they need fixed at the same time. The air in the square gets a bit heavy when it rains, and we usually have to move the displays back from the door to keep them dry. We have a small stool in the corner where people sit while they wait for us to finish up. It’s a basic setup. We don’t have any fancy displays or bright lights. Just a couple of fluorescent tubes that flicker a bit when they first turn on. Working in electronics means your hands are always a bit dirty or you’re looking for a screw that rolled under the table. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but Shakti Square stays pretty much the same for us every single day.
