We are situated over in Matunga West. The address is 322/124 on the main road, in a building called Shantiniketan. We are up on the second floor. Kalpesh Chandrakant Visharia is the name. Matunga is a busy area, especially this main road where there is always something going on. The building has been here for a long time. It has that old Mumbai feel to it. You walk up the stairs to the second floor and it’s a bit of a climb but not too bad. The space inside is simple. We don’t have a lot of modern furniture or high-tech gadgets everywhere. It’s just a place to sit and work. You can hear the sounds of the street from the balcony, which is just part of being in this neighborhood. Shantiniketan is a well-known building among the locals. It’s not a shiny new tower, just a reliable old place. We’ve been operating from here for years. There isn't any corporate polish to how we talk or how we run things. It’s just Kalpesh and the work that needs to be done. The fans hum all day and we drink a lot of tea. It’s an honest kind of environment. People know us in the building and on the street. It’s a good, solid place to be based in the heart of the city. We don't need much else besides a bit of space and some peace.
