I have my office at 501 on Nethaji Road, which is in the 4th Block of the 4th Main area in Vile Parle East. It’s a fairly quiet part of the neighborhood, which I appreciate. Being on the fifth floor gives me a bit of a view over the nearby trees and rooftops. I’ve been working from this space for quite some time now. The office itself is pretty simple. I’ve got my main desk, a small table for files, and some bookshelves that are probably too full. I spend most of my day here, working through various tasks and occasionally meeting with people who come by for advice or business matters. It’s a comfortable enough spot, though the elevator can be a bit slow some mornings. I don’t go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. I just need a place to sit and think and get my work done. Vile Parle is a nice area to be in. I can walk to a few local shops for lunch, and it feels very much like a community. My routine is pretty much the same every week. I arrive, check my messages, and start on whatever is most urgent. I don't have a big team helping me, so I’m the one who answers the door and makes the tea. It’s a very personal way of working. I like the independence it gives me. People know where to find me if they need anything. It’s a good, steady life here on Nethaji Road. I plan to stay here for many more years.
