K P A Communication

We are based in Andheri East, specifically in room 305. K P A Communication is where we handle all sorts of mobile and communication needs for the local people. The office isn't very large and it’s tucked away in an older building. The elevator is a bit slow and sometimes doesn't work at all, so we get plenty of exercise on the stairs. Inside 305, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of wires. We spend our days answering phones and helping people with their mobile connections or bill payments. It can get a bit loud because we are right near a busy intersection, and the sound of horns is always in the background. We don't have a big team, just three of us working together. There aren't any fancy posters on the walls, just a few calendars and some stacks of paperwork. We’ve been in this part of Andheri for quite some time now. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when several customers come in at once, but we just do our best to help everyone in order. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit on while they wait. It’s a very basic and practical setup. We don't do anything too fancy or use big words. We just provide a simple service for the neighborhood and keep things moving as best as we can.
