K A Sampat

The office for K A Sampat is at 302 Fort. We are in the Shamal Bechars Pole area, specifically in Hamam House. Fort is an old part of town with a lot of character, and Hamam House has been around for ages. Being on the third floor means we are a little away from the street noise, but you can still hear the city hum. The stairs and the lift have that old-school feel you only find in this part of Mumbai. We’ve been here at unit 302 for a long time. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and stuff, but it’s our space. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. When you come to see K A Sampat, you’re just walking into a working office. The lighting isn't the best, and the furniture has seen better days, but it works for what we need. Shamal Bechars Pole is a narrow bit, so it feels very tucked away. We like the quietness of Hamam House compared to the main roads. It gives us a chance to focus. There isn't much to say about us other than we show up every morning and do the work. We aren't trying to be something we're not. It’s just a traditional setup in a historic building. People who know Fort know how these offices are. We’re just part of that fabric.
