Our place is at B-11 in the Chand Society, which is tucked away in Juhu. It’s a bit different from the usual industrial zones because we are located behind the Arogya Nidhi Hospital in a more residential-feeling area. It’s usually a bit quieter here, though you still get the sounds of the city and the hospital traffic nearby. The office is inside a regular building, so it feels a bit like a home that’s been turned into a workspace. We have our desks set up in the main rooms, and there's a small kitchen area where we keep the kettle. Because we are in Juhu, the air sometimes feels a bit different, though we are mostly stuck inside looking at our screens or handling the biocraft side of things. We aren't a huge team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filling out the ledgers. The walls are mostly bare, except for some calendars and notes we've taped up over the months. We don't have a corporate lobby or a uniform. Most days, we just show up in whatever is comfortable and get through the list of things that need doing. It’s a steady kind of life, working in a quiet society lane. Sometimes we take a walk during the break just to see the trees and get some fresh air before heading back to the office to finish off the day's tasks.
