Jst India Ltd is located at 603, The Avenue in Naupada. We are right by the Marol Naka area in Andheri East. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we just see the rooftops of other buildings. The area is incredibly busy because of the Metro and all the offices around here. Our office is where we handle the sales and the distribution of electrical connectors. We have shelves full of sample boxes and thick catalogs. It isn't a factory, just a place for the staff to manage the orders and talk to clients. The phones ring pretty often throughout the day. Andheri is a noisy place, and you can always hear the horns and sirens from down below. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and tea. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we know the routine well. It’s a lot of data entry and checking the inventory levels on the computer. Getting to the office can be a bit of a struggle during the monsoon when the roads get flooded, but we manage. We just focus on getting the shipments out on time. It is a regular office life in the middle of a very crowded city. We just keep things moving along every day.
