Vishwakarma Furniture

Vishwakarma Furniture is located in Gali No. 3 of the Ghas Compound. We are in Oshiwara, Jogeshwari West, right near where they sell the Metro Motor Parts. In fact, if you find the motor parts shop—we really are right near Metro Motor Parts—then you are very close to us. Our workshop is always full of sawdust. You can smell the wood as soon as you turn into the lane. We have piles of timber and boards leaning against every available wall. It’s not the neatest place, but it’s where the work happens. We spend our time cutting wood, sanding it down, and putting pieces together. The Ghas Compound is a very busy, crowded place with a lot of small businesses packed together. There’s always someone moving something or a truck trying to squeeze through the narrow gaps. We’ve been here for a long time, and we know most of our neighbors. Our work is simple but takes a lot of time and patience. We don't have a big showroom with lights; we just have our workspace where we build things. People come to us when they need something made for their homes or offices. We use a lot of hand tools and some old machines that have been with us for years. It’s a noisy, dusty life in Jogeshwari West, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep building.
