You can find us at 101 Iv Center on Patel Street Road in Jogeshwari West. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office is right in the thick of it. We spend most of our time on the phone or at our desks looking at ticket bookings and bus schedules. It’s a small room with a couple of computers and a lot of paper. People drop in to ask about train times or to book a trip back to their hometowns. We also handle a lot of local travel arrangements. It gets pretty cramped when more than three people come in at once. Jogeshwari is always moving, so there’s a lot of noise from the street coming through the window. We’ve been sitting in this same office for quite some time now. We know the shortcuts and the best ways to get around the city. We aren't a big fancy agency with brochures everywhere. It’s mostly us writing down names and checking dates. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to tell people to wait a bit. We try to be helpful because we know how stressful traveling can be. Most of our day is just sorting out these small details for folks who need to get from one place to another. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning to night. Sometimes we share a tea with the people waiting for their tickets. It’s just how things go in Jogeshwari. We like being here on Patel Street.
