Our office is way up on the fourth floor of Dimple Arcade, which is Plot No. 405 in the Thakur Complex. We are in Asha Nagar, Kandivali East, right behind Sai Dham. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is being slow, but the view from the window is alright. We’ve been Jms Universal Technologies for a few years now. We deal with tech stuff mostly, fixing things or setting up systems for people. It’s a small office, and we have wires and boxes everywhere. That’s just the nature of technology work, things get messy fast. We spend a lot of time on our computers or on the phone with customers trying to explain how things work. It’s a busy neighborhood and finding parking near Dimple Arcade can be a nightmare sometimes. We usually tell people to come by metro or take an auto. The team here is just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Mumbai, just trying to provide a steady service for the folks around Kandivali. We drink a lot of chai during the day to stay focused. Sometimes we work late when a system goes down and needs fixing right away. It's not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We like being in this part of town because everything you need is just around the corner, which makes lunch easy and helps the day go by faster.
