Jayshree Ajitkumar Diwan

I’m based out of 601B in the Chembur Colony area, though the address lists Kandivali West too. It’s a bit of a mix, but most people find me in the Chembur side of things. My setup is quite personal since it’s just me, Jayshree Ajitkumar Diwan, handling my work from this location. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't have that cold, corporate feel you get in the big office parks in the city. I’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so I’ve seen the community grow and change. The room is mostly filled with my files and the books I need for my daily tasks. It’s a quiet place to work, which I really appreciate because it lets me focus on the details without too many distractions from the street. I don't have a staff or a big team; I prefer to handle everything myself so I know for sure it’s done right. People who come to see me usually have an appointment or they are neighbors who have known me for years. It’s a very straightforward way of running a business. I don’t see the need for fancy logos or expensive advertising. My work mostly comes from people knowing who I am and where I am. It’s just a normal day-to-day routine of answering calls, checking papers, and making sure everything is in order. It’s a comfortable space and it suits the way I like to do things. The view from the sixth floor is also quite nice in the evenings when the sun starts going down.
