Jaya Hardware Stores is tucked away on Ashok Chakravary Road in Kandivali East. Specifically, we are at B 13, near the Jai Bonanza Industrial Estate and Tejpal Road. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks and workers moving around. Our shop is packed floor to ceiling with tools, pipes, and buckets of paint. It can be hard to find things sometimes if you don't know where to look. But we usually know exactly which corner has the specific screw or wrench someone is asking for. It’s dusty work, and our hands are rarely clean. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a warehouse feel where everything is functional. We’ve been serving the Kandivali area for quite a while. Most of our customers come from the industrial estate or the nearby houses. They know we carry the basics and the odd bits that are hard to find elsewhere. We don't do much marketing. A simple sign outside is enough. Some days the shop is quiet, and other days we can barely keep up with the walk-ins. We just take it as it comes. It’s a local business run by people who live nearby. We don't have big corporate goals. We just want to keep the shelves stocked and help the people who walk through the door with their repair needs.
