Jay Khodiar Enterprise

Jay Khodiar Enterprise is situated in the Sitaram Building on Palton Road. We are in the F-Block, specifically units 22/24. If you know Palton Road, you know it’s an old part of the city with a lot of character and even more crowds. The Sitaram Building has been around for ages, and our office there feels like it’s seen a lot of history. It’s a bit of a maze getting to our block sometimes, and the stairs can be a workout, but it’s home for us. We do general trading and enterprise work, which basically means we are always busy with something different every day. The office is full of old filing cabinets and desks that have seen better days, but they work just fine for what we need. It’s a noisy area with all the street sounds coming up from Palton Road, but you stop noticing it after an hour or two. We have a small crew, and we mostly just focus on getting our orders out and keeping our records straight. It’s not a fancy lifestyle, but we’ve built good relationships with the other traders in the building. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that; we just rely on people knowing that we’ve been here for years and we know how things work. It’s a practical, old-school way of doing business, and we’re quite content with that.
