It’s a very busy road, so there’s always the sound of cars and horns outside. Our office is a bit of a sanctuary from all that noise. We’ve got a small space where we handle all our international business. It’s mostly desks and a few old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We aren't much for fancy decor. We just have what we need to get the job done. Chembur is a lively part of Mumbai, and being in Maitri Park makes us easy to find if you’re in the area. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails. It’s a lot of coordination with people in different places. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out. We have a small group of people working here. We’ve been around for some time, so we have our own way of doing things. We don't follow any corporate scripts. If you call us, you just get a regular person answering the phone. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. It’s just a normal office on a busy street.
