Jalaram Infocom

Jalaram Infocom is on Vishawkarma Street 1 in Borivali West. We’ve been here for a while now. It’s a pretty busy spot during the day. People usually drop in when their tech acts up or they need a quick fix. We aren't a big fancy showroom with bright lights. It's just a regular place where we handle phone repairs and computer stuff. Sometimes the street gets really loud with all the traffic, but we like the neighborhood. My cousin helps me out most afternoons when it gets busy. We keep a lot of cables and chargers in stock because people always seem to lose those. It gets a bit dusty around here, so we spend a fair amount of time wiping down the glass counters. The shop isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to do our work. Customers know us by name, which is a nice feeling. We don't have a website or any of that. Just the shop front. If you walk down Vishawkarma Street, you'll see our sign. We usually open around ten in the morning, sometimes a bit later if the commute is bad. Most days are just spent fixing screens or trying to figure out why a laptop won't turn on. It's honest work and we don't try to sell people things they don't need. If something is truly broken, we just say so. Borivali West has changed a lot, but this corner stays the same. We have some old chairs for people to wait on while we work. The tea stall next door makes good chai, so we spend time there too. That's pretty much who we are. Just a local shop doing its thing.
