Jai Durga Water Supply & co

Jai Durga Water Supply & co is based out of Rani Sati Marg in a building on AS Char Street. We are in unit B/304 which is more of a functional space than a corporate office. Since we deal with water supply we are constantly on the phone with drivers and customers all morning. The room is often filled with the sound of several people talking at once. We have a big old whiteboard on the wall where we scribble down delivery schedules and truck numbers. It can get a bit chaotic when the monsoon hits because the roads around here get flooded and everything slows down. Our office doesn't have much in the way of decoration just some files and a few calendars from previous years that nobody bothered to take down. My cousin helps out with the ledger books and we usually have a radio playing softly in the corner. The neighbors in the building are mostly used to the come and go of our staff by now. We try to keep things quiet in the hallways but it is hard when you are moving heavy water cans around. It’s an honest way to make a living and we’ve been doing it from this same spot for several years. We don't really do anything fancy we just make sure the water gets to where it is supposed to go on time.
