J R Lattha Financial Services Pvt Ltd is situated at 47 Nariman Point. Our specific address is 57-177 Canal Road, on the 4th Floor. We are right beside the NCPA and the Tata Theatre. Even though Nariman Point sounds very corporate, our office has a much more lived-in feel. It’s on the fourth floor, so you get a bit of a view, but mostly it’s just a place where we sit and go through numbers and papers all day. The building is older and has that specific smell of old Mumbai offices. Being near the Tata Theatre is nice, though we don't spend much time there ourselves. We are usually too busy at our desks. Canal Road can be quite a mess with parking and traffic, especially in the afternoons. Our office isn't decorated with anything special. It’s just functional furniture and a lot of files piled up. It’s a very plain environment where we just focus on the tasks at hand. We don't have a big team of receptionists or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll just see us working. It’s a solid, quiet place in the middle of a very famous part of the city. We like the location because it’s central, even if the commute through the traffic can be a bit of a headache every single day. We just stick to our routine.
