J J Placement Services is located over in Andheri West, right in Shivaji Housing Society. We are in a building called Mithi Manzil at number 5. If you know where Patil Hospital is, we are basically right across from it. It’s a quiet enough street most days, though the hospital traffic picks up sometimes. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks and files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at papers. People come in looking for work and we try to see what fits for them. It is a bit of a process, honestly. Some days are slow and others we have people lining up outside the door before we even open. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and people in the society know us. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get things done. We don't have those fancy coffee machines or glass walls you see in the big city offices. Just a water cooler and some chairs for people to wait in. Finding a job is stressful for everyone, so we just try to keep things straightforward. No big promises that we can’t keep. We just look at what is available and tell people the truth about it. That is how we have always run things here in Andheri West, and we don't plan on changing that anytime soon.
