We’re up on the second floor of Chintamani Plaza. If you know the Andheri Kurla Road, you know how busy it gets around here. It’s always buzzing with people and traffic. We’ve been here a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and talking to people who need heavy equipment for their sites. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we get things done. Sometimes the lift in the building takes forever, so we just take the stairs instead of waiting. Being in Andheri East makes it easy for folks to find us, even if the traffic is a constant headache. We deal with a lot of different requests for machines. People call in asking about parts or where they can get a backhoe for a project. It’s a lot of coordination between the yard and the customers. The team here is small but we know the equipment inside out. We don’t really do big speeches or anything like that. We just show up, answer the phones, and make sure the orders are moving. It gets loud outside with the metro work and all the cars, but we’re used to it by now. We keep some brochures around for people who drop by. It's a practical place for a practical business. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, more buildings coming up every day. We’re just part of the local landscape now, helping out with the big machines.
