Booking various trips for people is how we spend our days here in Andheri. It's a small office where we mostly deal with train tickets and car rentals. Most people just give us a call or drop in when they happen to be passing by. We handle all the paperwork because it's usually a big headache for folks to do it themselves. Travelling gets messy sometimes when things are cancelled or delayed at the last minute. Our job is to try and sort those problems out when they happen. It isn't a glamorous life sitting behind a desk all day. We spend hours on the phone talking to airlines or checking if hotels have any rooms left. The office stays pretty busy, especially when the holidays are coming up. Andheri is always crowded, so getting to our door can be a struggle depending on the time of day. We've been doing this long enough to know the local routes well. It's mostly just us with a lot of files and too much tea. We don't have a fancy website with flashing lights, just a physical office where you can talk to a real person. Sometimes customers ask for advice and we tell them what we've heard from others. It is a simple setup and we keep things straightforward for everyone who comes in.
