Inventro Polymers

Our unit is B/155 over in Om Sai Estate on Akurli Road. It’s an industrial spot where we spend most of our time dealing with polymers. The place isn't much to look at from the outside, but we have everything we need inside to get the jobs done. It smells like plastic and machinery most days, which is what you'd expect. We’ve been at this location for a while. The guys working here have been with us for a long time, so they know exactly what needs to happen when a new order comes in. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. We mostly just deal with the same group of clients who have been using our products for years. They know where we are and how we work. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend the morning fixing them, which puts us behind. But that’s just how it goes with this kind of work. Akurli Road gets pretty busy with trucks, so getting stuff in and out takes a bit of planning. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just make the parts, pack them up, and send them out. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it works for us. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the machines to finish their cycles. It’s a quiet life in a way, even with all the noise from the estate around us. We just keep at it because it's what we know.
