We’ve been over at Sugandha Villa for quite some time now. Most folks in Sector 12 know where we are. It’s a quiet spot, tucked away on Plot No. B 30. My name is one of the few you'll hear around the office and we handle security cameras and alarms. It started because I liked fixing things and saw a lot of people asking about how to keep their shops safe. We aren't a big fancy office. It’s just us here. We spend most of our days out on calls or putting together systems for neighbors. Kharghar has grown a lot, and we’ve seen the changes. We just do the work, make sure the wires are tucked away, and things actually turn on when they should. Sometimes it’s a bit dusty with all the construction around, but we manage. If you walk past, you’ll probably see us testing out some new cameras or just having tea on the porch. It’s pretty straightforward work really. Nothing too complicated. We just help people see what’s going on at their gates or in their offices. It's practical stuff. We’ve kept it small on purpose so we can actually talk to the people we work for. It’s better that way. No long phone menus or anything like that. Just us. We keep a stock of parts here at the villa so we don't have to wait for deliveries most of the time. We also help out with some basic intercom issues when people ask. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
