We are located in the Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate, specifically at No.120A on the first floor. It’s a typical Lower Parel West setup—lots of movement, trucks loading and unloading, and the constant sound of the city. Being on Sitaram Jadhav Marg means it’s easy for people to find us, though the estate itself can be a bit of a puzzle the first time you visit. Insta Mark Pvt Ltd is where we handle all our marking and industrial work. We’ve got the machines running most of the day. It’s not a quiet office. It’s an industrial space, through and through. The floor is concrete and the walls have seen better days, but the equipment is what matters. We spend our time making sure every mark is clear and every order is packed up correctly. Lower Parel has changed so much, with all the big towers coming up, but inside this estate, it still feels like the old working Mumbai. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you between tasks. We take the stairs several times a day, which keeps us moving. It's just a regular group of us doing the daily grind and keeping the business going despite the heat and the noise. Most of our regulars just know to come straight up.
