Insideout Farms Llp is based in Mumbai City. You can find us over in Andheri West, right on Veera Desai Road. We work out of Palash Towers, in unit B-14. It’s a pretty well-known area since the Country Club is nearby. Being in this part of Mumbai means we’re always in the thick of things. The traffic outside can be a bit much, but our office is where we get everything organized. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we manage the business side of our farms. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and ties. Most days, we’re just in jeans, drink a lot of tea, and look at spreadsheets. It’s a busy atmosphere with the phones ringing quite a bit. We’ve been here for a while and we like the location because it’s easy to get to, even if the parking is usually full. We don’t have a big mission statement or any corporate slogans on the walls. We just have maps and notes pinned up everywhere. We’re a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. It’s not always perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the farm operations are on track. It’s a regular office for a regular business, and that suits us just fine. We just try to stay busy and keep things moving.
