We have been running Initia Career Consultants Pvt Ltd for a while now from our office over in Malad West. It is up on the third floor of the Business Classic building on Chincholi Road. Mostly, we just spend our days helping people figure out what to do with their jobs. People come in looking for a change or maybe they are just starting out and do not know where to go. It gets pretty busy here in the industrial area. We are not doing anything fancy, just sitting down with folks and looking at their resumes. The office is not huge but it works for what we need. Sometimes the traffic on Chincholi Road is a nightmare, so we usually tell people to give themselves extra time to get here. We have seen a lot of changes in how companies hire people lately. It used to be simpler, but now there are so many steps. We try to keep up with all that so the candidates do not get overwhelmed. We deal with all sorts of industries since we are right in the middle of a big business hub. If you are walking around the Malad West Industrial Area, you have probably passed our building a dozen times. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is not a glamorous job but seeing someone get a call back for an interview makes the long hours worth it. We have been at this address for a bit and know the local neighborhood well.
