Our shop is located at number 17 in Bhandup West. It is a place where we deal with a lot of information and different kinds of tech-related stuff every day. The shelves inside are usually piled high with components, tangled cables, and old hardware that we haven't quite gotten around to sorting or fixing yet. It is a bit of a squeeze when more than two or three people are inside the shop at once. We spend most of our time staring at computer screens or trying to figure out why a particular piece of software is not behaving the way it should. Bhandup is a very busy area and we get a lot of people dropping by with all sorts of questions. We try to give them answers that are helpful and not too confusing for them. It is not a shiny corporate office by any means; it is more like a local workshop where things actually get fixed or organized. The lights are always bright and there is the constant hum of a few computers running in the background. We have been in this part of Bhandup for a long time now and we know most of the other shop owners on the block. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to do our advertising. We just open the shutters early in the morning and see what the day brings us. Most of our work comes from local people who trust us because we have helped them with their machines before.
