Indoz International

We are tucked away at 16 Gazder Street, which is part of Gopal Baug on J.S.S. Road. It’s a lively neighborhood, very typical for this part of town. The office is Indoz International, but to us, it’s just the place where we spend ten hours a day. The building has a lot of character, meaning it’s old and has its quirks. We have a small sign outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few computers, and a lot of boxes stacked in the corners. J.S.S. Road is always loud, but Gazder Street is a tiny bit quieter, which we appreciate. We start our day by checking the mail and seeing what came in overnight. There’s no big hierarchy here. Everyone does a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or helping pack a shipment. We get our lunch from the nearby stalls, and sometimes we sit and talk about the cricket scores while we eat. It’s not a polished environment. We have stacks of paper that need filing and the floor isn't always perfectly clean. But we know our business well. We’ve been at this address long enough to know the postman and the local delivery guys by name. We handle international stuff, but our daily life is very local. We just keep things moving, one day at a time, trying to stay on top of the work without making a big fuss about things that don't matter much to the day-to-day operations.
