We are located at 27-B in the Sardar Pratap Singh Industrial Estate, No. 2. This is right on L.B.S. Marg in Bhandup West. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic LBS Marg is with the traffic and the noise from the shops. Our estate is a bit back from the main road, but you can still hear the city moving outside. Impala Phones is tucked away here among other industrial units. It’s a solid building with a lot of history. Inside, the floors are concrete, and we have benches set up for working on the phones. It’s more of a workshop feel than a corporate office. We spend our time fixing units or checking the stock that comes in. There’s always the sound of someone testing a ringer or a delivery truck pulling up outside. The estate is busy from early morning until late evening. We have a small group of workers who have been here for years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a fancy reception. We just want to make sure the phones we handle are sorted out properly. It’s a bit of a maze in the industrial estate, but once you find Building 27-B, we are right there. It’s a gritty, hard-working part of Bhandup, and we fit right in with the local vibe. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
