Our branch or office is located in Chembur Colony, which is a very established part of Mumbai. We are specifically at Flat 749 on the 2nd floor of M.S Building No 21 in the East side. It’s a bit unusual because it’s a residential building, not a typical bank branch you’d see on a main corner with a big glass front. To find us, you have to go into the colony and find building 21, then head up to the second floor. The building is older, with those wide staircases and the smell of cooking from the other flats. Inside, the space has been converted for our use. It’s got a few desks and some chairs for people to wait. We have a phone line, +91 2225530340, which rings quite a bit throughout the day. Chembur Colony is a bit quieter than the rest of Mumbai, with more trees and a slower pace. We like being tucked away here. It’s more personal than being in a giant office tower. The rooms are a bit small and we have to be careful with where we put all the paperwork so it doesn't get cluttered. We don't have any flashy signs or posters. It’s just a functional office where we handle Icici Bank business. Most of the people we see are from the nearby buildings. It’s a very local, neighborhood-style operation and we just take things one day at a time here. That is just how we work.
