We're based out of Navi Mumbai. It’s a bit more spread out here than in the main city, which gives us some breathing room. Htmt has been part of this area for a good stretch now. Most of our staff comes in from all over the satellite city, taking the local trains or buses. Our office isn't anything to write home about, just a standard workplace where we get our heads down and work. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or trying to look like a big corporation. It’s more about the people here and the stuff we handle day in and day out. Sometimes we go out for a walk during lunch if the weather isn't too humid, just to see what's happening in the neighborhood. Navi Mumbai is always growing, with new buildings popping up everywhere, but we’ve kept our routine pretty steady. We have a small pantry where we make tea and talk about the weekend. It’s a relaxed environment, though things can get hectic when deadlines approach. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just do it. It’s a practical way of living and working. We’ve seen the area change a lot since we started, but our core group has stayed mostly the same. Just a bunch of regulars trying to stay productive in this part of the world. It’s a long way from the old days, but we like where we are.
