Honesty Manpower Services Pvt Ltd is located over at S-11/12 near the Mumbai G.P.O. area. It’s a central location, so it’s easy for people to find us regardless of which part of the city they’re coming from. The office isn't very large, but it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. We have a couple of desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of paperwork. Dealing with manpower means we talk to a lot of different people every single day. Some are looking for staff, and others are looking for jobs. It’s a lot of matching things up and making sure everyone is on the same page. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk. We just tell people how it is. The area around the G.P.O. is always bustling, and you can hear the sounds of the city through the windows. It’s a bit of an old-school way of working, but it has worked for us so far. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People mostly find out about us through word of mouth or by seeing our name on the building directory. We try to be fair and do a decent job for everyone who walks through the door. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s steady work and we like being right in the heart of Mumbai.
