Hnr Retail is located on the first floor of the Bhanujyoti Building. We are right opposite the Arya Bhavan Hotel on L.N. Road in Matunga. If you know Matunga, you know the smell of sambar and coffee is everywhere. It makes us hungry all the time. Our office is tucked away upstairs. It is a busy area with a lot of people walking to the station or stopping for food. We handle the retail side of things from this office. It is mostly boxes, invoices, and checking on stock levels. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We have been in the Bhanujyoti building for a while now. It is an older building but it has character. We do not have any of those modern open-plan layouts. Just some desks pushed together and a lot of shelves for all the stuff we need to track. Sometimes the noise from L.N. Road is quite loud, especially when the buses go by, but we have gotten used to it. We just focus on the orders and making sure everything is where it should be. It is a straightforward job. We don't go in for big corporate speeches. We just work through the pile of tasks every morning. By the time evening rolls around, the street gets even busier with the market crowds.
