Hitesh Telecom

You can find Hitesh Telecom over in Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri West. I have been in this shop at number 9 for a good while now. It is a pretty busy area with a lot of people always walking around and shopping. I mostly deal with mobile phones, selling new ones or helping people get their old ones fixed when they stop working. I also sell a lot of covers, screen guards, and chargers that people seem to lose all the time. It feels like everyone in Lokhandwala has a phone they are worried about. I spend a lot of my time behind the counter chatting with the customers. Sometimes they come in just because they cannot figure out a simple setting on their phone or their internet is not working. I do not mind helping them out with those small things. The shop is small and the walls are covered in all kinds of accessories. It gets quite lively in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk after dinner. I have one boy who helps me out with the repairs while I handle the sales and the talking. We do not have a big corporate setup, just a local mobile shop where people can come for help. I have seen phones change from those old ones with buttons to these huge touchscreens. It is a lot to keep up with, but I try to know a little bit about every model that comes out.
