Hiten Doshi

I’m Hiten Doshi and I work out of Flat 401 on the fourth floor of the Sange building. This is located in Mulund West, which is a fairly busy area but the building itself stays relatively quiet compared to the main road. Being on the fourth floor gives a bit of a break from the street dust and the constant honking of cars. It’s a standard flat that I’ve converted into my working space. There’s a small kitchen area where I make my own tea and the main room is where all the actual work happens. Mulund is a good place to be because everything is nearby, from stationery shops to places to grab a quick lunch during a break. I’ve lived and worked in this part of the city for many years now. The building is older, so the walls have that lived-in feel and the corridors are a bit narrow. I don't have a big sign outside or anything fancy. People usually just know where I am or they call me on the phone when they are standing downstairs. The lift works most of the time, which is lucky since four floors is a bit much to walk multiple times a day when it's hot out. It’s a simple, honest setup. I sit at my desk, go through my files, and talk to clients when they need something. It’s not a fancy corporate suite, just a place where I get my daily tasks done without much fuss or bother.
