This is our place in Jogeshwari West, specifically at number 35. Hitech Ultraviolet is a name we’ve used for years. We work with ultraviolet technology, which sounds more complicated than it is once you get the hang of it. Our workshop is usually a bit of a mess with parts scattered around, but we know where everything is. It’s a busy part of Jogeshwari, and there’s always something happening outside our door. We don't have a team of salesmen. It’s mostly just us, the technicians, and the equipment. We spend our days assembling units or troubleshooting problems for people who bring their systems in. It can be tedious work, looking at tiny components, but it’s what we do. We don't try to sound like a multinational company. We are just a local outfit that knows its way around UV lamps and filters. The shop can get a bit hot during the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We’ve had customers coming to us for years because they know we’re just around the corner in Jogeshwari West. We don't put on any acts or use polished language. If something is broken, we tell you, and then we try to fix it. That’s about as simple as it gets for us. There is always a stack of old boxes in the corner waiting to be recycled, but we get to it eventually.
