Our office is over in Vikhroli East, at 257/10148 in Kannamwar Nagar - 1. We are part of the Hiranandani Group. Most people know the name from the big buildings around Mumbai, but this office is where some of the ground-level work happens. It’s a fairly simple setup here in Vikhroli. We deal with various aspects of the group's projects. The area is quite residential, so it’s a different vibe from the big townships we are known for. We spend a lot of time on paperwork, coordination, and making sure the day-to-day operations are moving along. It’s not a flashy showroom or anything like that. It’s just where the staff comes to work. We have a lot of history in Mumbai, and being in 400083 is part of that. There are always people coming in with questions or documents. We don't have a big marketing team sitting here; we just have regular folks doing their jobs. The building is older, and we’ve been in this spot for quite a while. We keep things running as best as we can. It’s a lot of practical, everyday tasks that keep a big group like ours functioning. We just take it one day at a time, making sure things get done right for the people who live in our buildings or use our spaces. It’s hard work, but we are used to the pace of Mumbai. It’s just how things get done for the residents.
